Getting the care you deserve — without the stress
I’m proudly contracted with The Lactation Network (TLN), which works with most PPO insurance plans to cover up to 6 visits at no cost to you.
For plans not covered through TLN, private pay options are available. You’ll receive a superbill to submit for potential reimbursement upon request, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted.
TLN acceptance includes
Travel & Cancellations
To keep things simple and transparent, in-home visits include a small travel fee: $45 within North San Diego County and $75 for extended areas within San Diego County. If you're outside these areas, I’d still love to support you — please reach out so we can discuss travel options together.
I understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable — if you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows are subject to a 50% session fee.
Whether you’re using insurance or paying privately, you deserve high-quality, compassionate care. Let’s make sure you get it.

If your plan isn’t covered, don’t worry! You can still schedule a visit as a private-pay client. I’ll provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Many families are partially reimbursed this way.

Yes! Lactation services are eligible for both HSA and FSA spending. You can pay directly using your HSA/FSA card at checkout.
If your card doesn’t go through, don’t worry—this can happen with some plans. You can simply use another form of payment and then submit your receipt for reimbursement through your HSA/FSA provider afterward.
I’m happy to provide a detailed receipt (superbill), and if needed, a Letter of Medical Necessity to support your claim

Most families hear back from TLN within 24–48 hours. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your coverage details, and I’ll reach out so we can schedule your visit.

The Wholehearted Kit is a thoughtfully curated collection of feeding and postpartum essentials. Items may vary slightly. Ideally, your Wholehearted Kit will be picked up at the time of your visit so you can walk away fully supported and ready with everything you need.
If your kit is purchased separately (without a scheduled visit), it can be picked up at my office at 3150 Pio Pico Dr. ste 101, Carlsbad, CA during regular office hours:
Tuesday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMIf the standard pickup window doesn’t work for your schedule, please reach out. I’ll do my best to find a time that works for both of us when possible.
-
Your partner Q&A call must be used within 2 months of your purchase date. This window gives you time to go through your With Love, From Both of Us download together, reflect on the content, and gather any questions that come up as you prepare for baby or adjust to life in the early postpartum period.
If the call is not used within that 2-month timeframe, it will expire. If additional support is needed after that point, you’re always welcome to reach out about booking a new session.
The call is designed as a relaxed, supportive space for both partners to ask questions, clarify information from the download, and feel more confident navigating pregnancy, birth, and newborn life together.

Your Gentle Check-In text support is available for 7 days from the date of booking, offering a steady space for reassurance, quick questions, and gentle guidance as things come up throughout your day. You’re welcome to reach out as needed during this time, and I’ll respond during business hours with thoughtful, supportive care.
At the end of the 7-day period, text support will conclude. If you’d like continued support, you’re always welcome to book an additional week or schedule a follow-up visit or call. This space is here so you don’t have to navigate those early questions alone—it’s about feeling supported, not perfect.
